There once was a caterpillar that didn't have a clue
That just beyond the horizon was a completely different view
A life beyond his maddening, confusing, selfish ways
A life of joyful giving that would last beyond his earthly days
From the all consuming desire to fulfill his fleshly needs
To a selfless soaring adventure doing wondrous deeds
To transform from a taker
To a giver of great Love
Can only be accomplished
By the Creator from above
